These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jia9 platform. By registering an account or using any jia9 service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and jia9 ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your registration, access, and use of all products, services, games, and features available at jia9.vip, including but not limited to live casino, sports betting, slots, crash games, and all associated deposit and withdrawal functions.
By accessing the jia9 platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or claiming any promotional offer — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jia9 platform. jia9 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. 1. Eligibility and Age Verification
Access to and use of the jia9 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is prohibited by law.
- You are registering solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jia9 or its affiliated service providers.
2. Account Registration and Security
Each eligible player may register one account only. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jia9 will never ask for your password by chat, email, or phone.
- Creating more than one account — including accounts under different names or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances derived from bonus funds.
- You must notify jia9 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- jia9 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time to confirm identity, source of funds, or eligibility.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on jia9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through approved local payment methods. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed within the account wallet section.
- Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other approved Bangladeshi banks. jia9 does not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or credit card payments.
- Deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and any such transaction may result in account suspension pending investigation.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 business hours, subject to successful KYC verification. jia9 charges no fees on withdrawals. Any fee levied by your mobile wallet or bank is separate from jia9's process.
- jia9 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional verification in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
jia9 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:
- Each bonus carries a stated wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The rollover amount and eligible games are specified in the individual bonus terms displayed at the point of offer.
- Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance that has not been used within the stated time limit will be forfeited automatically without notice.
- jia9 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or misrepresenting identity to claim an offer — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.
- jia9 employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any promotional offer.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jia9 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account suspended immediately, any balance frozen, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources and subsequently withdrawing them.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to circumvent game mechanics.
- Colluding with other players — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or table games — to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
- Registering with false identity information, submitting fraudulent KYC documents, or impersonating another person.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at jia9 staff or other players through any jia9 communication channel.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the jia9 platform — including but not limited to the jia9 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software interfaces, game presentations, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of jia9 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any jia9 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of jia9 intellectual property may result in legal action. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence in or to any jia9 intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the platform as a registered player in accordance with these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jia9 shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jia9 platform, including loss of winnings due to technical faults, connectivity issues, or interruptions to service outside jia9's reasonable control.
- Loss or damage arising from a player's failure to keep login credentials secure, including unauthorised access to an account resulting from a player sharing or disclosing their password.
- Any loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from the suspension or termination of an account where such action was taken in accordance with these Terms.
8. Suspension and Termination
jia9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting jia9 support. The following conditions apply to account termination:
- Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.
- Where an account is closed by jia9 due to a breach of these Terms — including prohibited conduct, fraudulent activity, or underage access — any balance derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may also be withheld pending investigation by relevant authorities.
- A player who has voluntarily self-excluded through jia9's responsible gaming tools may not re-register during the self-exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
9. Amendments and Governing Law
jia9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the jia9 platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an update, you must cease using the platform and may close your account. These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the jia9 platform shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. jia9 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh. If you access the platform from outside Bangladesh, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
